What is the Leadership Excellence Programme?

The Leadership Excellence Programme (LEP) is a senior level executive leadership programme designed to develop further capability and confidence at the top end of a business organisation.

LEP will be delivered across a series of  workshops  delivered in-house.  You will also have six one-to-one executive coaching sessions and work on the implementation of a strategic business project in your place of work.

Who is the programme for?

Ideally this programme is for senior managers who have responsibility for managing a business function, leading a team or managing budgets.

When and where will it take place?

We will deliver this programme in-house over a 9 month period.  Working with you and the team, we will create a schedule to ensure the sessions work for your business.

Who is CCO - the Collaboration Company?

The CCO Team

CCO – the Collaboration Company is a team of Business Coaches and Mentors who are passionate about supporting business across the Island of Ireland and the UK to develop and grow. We help our clients solve problems, in collaboration and partnership with them.
